The DS-Z7100-BTB is a high-performance module based on the AMD (Xilinx) Kintex 7 XC7Z100, which combines a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor and powerful Kintex-7-class field-programmable logic (FPGA). This is the largest and most powerful chip in the Zynq-7000 family, designed for complex signal processing, embedded vision, medical equipment, and aerospace systems.

The module is designed as a mezzanine board and is developed and supported in Russia.
