VIP-FORMAT

Companies having exhibition stands over 24 square meters, are invited to participate in the exhibition in VIP format (Very Important Participant), which provides:

• Priority right to choose a place on the exposition of the exhibition;
• Placement of the logo of the VIP-participant on the information and advertising materials of the exhibition in the special heading "You are Invited";

To increase the benefits of participating in the exhibition Farexpo provides VIP-participants with the following additional services:

• an individual programme for inviting the target audience to the stand, developed on the basis of requests from the sales departments of the exhibitor and implemented on the basis of the Call Center of Farexpo;
• a comprehensive advertising campaign to promote the VIP-participant during the preparation and holding of the exhibition, as well as after the end of the event.

VIP-category is assigned to the exhibitor when booking 24 and more square meters of exhibition space.
